The purpose of the CPR/AED course is to develop the knowledge and skills required to respond quickly and appropriately to victims in emergency situations.
This training will cover how to clear an obstructed airway, cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in adults and children (infant is optional), use of an automated external defibrillator (AED), and recognizing the signs and symptoms of angina, myocardial infarction, and stroke.
Initial certification or re-certification every 2 years.
Course program in accordance with the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
For more in depth training, you can add standard first-aid or severe allergy management to this course (total duration 8 to 16 hours).
