The Hero in 30 course offers a simplified version of cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) focusing only on cardiac massage. Mouth-to-mouth ventilation is not covered in this course.

During this course you will learn the essential actions for clearance of an obstructed airway in adults, cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in adults and the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED).

This 30-minute training will prepare you to intervene quickly with an adult in cardiac arrest, until emergency services arrive.

Initial certification or recertification every year.

Course program in accordance with the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

Duration:  30 minutes
