Shipping and Return Policy
ORDERS AND RETURNS
CARDIO CHOC will only accept returns if the merchandise is in its original packaging, unused, and in good condition.
Customers wishing to return an item must contact CARDIO CHOC Customer Service to obtain prior authorization from a staff member. In all cases, the customer must provide proof of purchase before any procedure is initiated.
Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. A 40% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items.
All returned items will be inspected. If the merchandise shows abnormal wear or damage, CARDIO CHOC reserves the right to refuse the return.
No returns will be accepted for special-order products.
No returns will be accepted after 15 days from the date of purchase.
Refunds for purchases made by credit card or cheque may take up to 10 business days from the date the returned merchandise is received and inspected. No cash refunds will be issued.
The website and the products offered are provided “as is.” Subject to any mandatory legal provisions to the contrary, CARDIO CHOC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, other than those specifically stated herein.
Furthermore, CARDIO CHOC makes no representations regarding the use, download, validity, accuracy, or reliability of the products displayed on its website or the results arising from their use.
Although CARDIO CHOC makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of its website, it assumes no responsibility for any errors that may occur, including in descriptions, prices, or images.
Under no circumstances shall CARDIO CHOC, its directors, officers, employees, representatives, or agents be held liable for any direct or indirect damages related to the use of the website, including loss of profits arising from the use of the website, the products purchased, or the inability to use said products.
SECURE PAYMENT
All purchases are made in Canadian dollars. CARDIO CHOC accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:

* If you choose to pay by cheque, products will be held until payment is received. For commercial customers with an existing account, merchandise will be shipped and CARDIO CHOC will await payment according to the agreed terms.
Customers with approved credit may order directly from the website, and merchandise will be shipped provided that the customer’s credit file remains satisfactory.
CARDIO CHOC reserves the right to block transactions if the customer has:

One or more unpaid invoices exceeding 60 days;

A poor payment history;

A change in credit status.
Payment is due immediately when the order is placed.
Merchandise will only be shipped after full payment has been received, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
If all or part of your order is out of stock, we will wait until all items are available before shipping. If you require a partial shipment sooner, this can be arranged, but additional shipping charges will apply.
If CARDIO CHOC is unable to fulfill your order (or part of it) within 60 days, it will be automatically cancelled, and a refund will be issued—unless you have been informed by email of a later delivery date within 30 days.
CARDIO CHOC will not be held responsible for any damages resulting from out-of-stock products.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All shipping and delivery fees, as well as applicable sales taxes, are extra and not included in the displayed prices.
To ensure proper delivery, please verify that the information provided in your customer account is correct, including accurate spelling and complete address details, so that CARDIO CHOC can determine the appropriate shipping rate for your location.
Deliveries are made via Purolator, Canada Post, or another carrier of your choice.
Please ensure that all necessary information is provided for proper delivery. Delivery times (after shipment notification) are typically 5 to 10 business days for major metropolitan areas.
Delivery times for rural or remote regions may be longer or require pickup at a designated service point. All additional delivery costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
All merchandise shipped by CARDIO CHOC is insured, and the transport and delivery risks are covered by CARDIO CHOC.
For reference, Purolator automatically insures merchandise based on its declared value.
Orders placed from remote areas within Canada will be reviewed by our team, and you will be notified of any additional delivery fees before shipment.
Product prices exclude taxes, delivery, and insurance costs. Delivery fees are determined by Purolator, and additional charges may apply. You will be informed of any such charges before your order is processed.
1. Packages Returned by the Carrier
If your package is returned to our warehouse by the carrier for any reason, we will contact you to inform you of the situation.
2. Reshipping Fees
If a package is returned due to an error or omission on your part (incorrect address, failure to receive the package, etc.), the reshipping fees will be at your expense.
3. Accurate Information
We encourage you to verify and provide accurate shipping details when placing your order to minimize delays or returns.
* Please note that items weighing over 150 lb (68 kg) may not be automatically handled by the carrier. In such cases, the displayed price may not be accurate, and a CARDIO CHOC representative will contact you with the correct shipping amount.
Additional fees automatically apply for the transport of hazardous materials, such as portable oxygen cylinders and certain battery types used in safety equipment.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE: LIQUID SHIPMENTS
Damaged liquids during transit are not covered by the carrier’s insurance policies.
CARDIO CHOC is not responsible for liquids damaged in transit.
WARRANTIES
Product warranties are the sole responsibility of the manufacturers. CARDIO CHOC will act as an intermediary between the manufacturer and the customer, where possible.
All merchandise must be inspected upon receipt. In the event of damage or defects, the customer must immediately notify CARDIO CHOC.
If an item is defective, please contact CARDIO CHOC Customer Service for instructions on how to proceed.
CARDIO CHOC may cover the return shipping cost of defective merchandise, depending on the case.
Delivery times and costs vary depending on destination, chosen delivery method, and product availability. Delivery times are estimated from the moment the products leave our facility.
