2. Sales Conditions

Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable sales taxes.
Shipping, handling, customs, and export fees, where applicable, are not included and are also subject to applicable taxes based on your region.

No product will be shipped until the total amount due, including taxes and fees, has been paid in full.

Cardio Choc reserves the right to modify product prices on the website at any time and without prior notice.

In the event of a pricing error on the website, Cardio Choc will offer the customer the opportunity to cancel the transaction made at the incorrect price or to purchase the product at the corrected price.

Delivery

Products ordered will be delivered promptly and professionally to the address provided by the customer on the order form. The shipping address must correspond to the credit card holder’s billing address.

Product Availability

Cardio Choc cannot guarantee product availability and assumes no liability in this regard.
Unless the transaction is cancelled by the customer, the product will be shipped once it becomes available, and payment will be processed shortly before shipment.

Cardio Choc also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit quantities, and to refuse, cancel, correct, or modify any transaction made through this website.

Liability and Warranty

Cardio Choc shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from acts of God or force majeure.

In any case, Cardio Choc’s liability for defective or unavailable products shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the customer or the replacement of the product, at Cardio Choc’s sole discretion.
